Privacy Policy

QuoteDiff: Invoice Compare is designed to process document comparisons locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not use a developer-operated server to process your documents.

Information QuoteDiff Processes

When you use QuoteDiff, the app may process documents you import, rendered page images, OCR text, extracted values, line items, review notes, generated reports, and local project archives. This information remains in local app storage unless you choose to export or share it.

No Data Collection

QuoteDiff does not collect analytics, sell data, create user accounts, upload documents, track users across apps or websites, or include advertising SDKs. Document OCR and comparison features run on device.

Exports And Sharing

If you export a PDF report, share a document, or export a QuoteDiff archive, that action is controlled by you through iOS sharing and file workflows. Once you share or save exported files outside QuoteDiff, those files are handled by the destination app, service, or storage location you choose.

Purchases

QuoteDiff may offer a non-consumable lifetime purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. QuoteDiff uses StoreKit to check entitlement status and does not receive your payment card details.

Deleting Data

You can delete individual projects in the app. You can also remove app data by deleting QuoteDiff from your device. Exported files outside the app must be deleted from their saved locations separately.

Children's Privacy

QuoteDiff is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app does not create accounts or operate a backend service for user data collection.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated as QuoteDiff changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
